Cancellations and Returns

Under UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your goods during which you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: underwear, swimwear, earrings, face masks, and personalized items.

To start a return, contact us at belchampiaapparel@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned goods to your original payment method.
