Belchampia is a fiercely proud and  ancient Principality in North Essex , centered around the three villages of Belchamp St Paul , Belchamp Otten and Belchamp Walter .

It was the scene of several agricultural peasant uprisings from the late Middle Ages to the late 19th Century , born of a rebelliousness that still persists widely in those parts today  . 

It boasts two excellent pubs , plus it's own airfield , as well as the Belchamp Brook , which is world famous for it's trout fishing. 

 Belchampia is sometimes referred to as the Hollywood of East Anglia , being the backdrop for the 1990's series Lovejoy as well as one of the Downton films . We're famous , basically . 

These designs are a badge of belonging , as well as a badge of rebellion and dissent against an oppressive and cruel British government that will not recognize our independence .
